Sunday, December 11, 2011. A Sweet Holiday Treat from the Heart. We happened across this sweet tutorial to make heart shaped candy cane treats here. So simple and easy! As you can see, this is also a great idea to create Valentine treats from your leftover mini candy canes! When finished they were wrapped in clear cellophane bags with a simple organza bow! .
